SIMMS GUIDE JACKET This jacket with a pair of G3 Guide or Rivershed waders and you will never get wet again, unless you try to swim with all of it on. And, even then there is a good chance you will stay fairly dry…I’ve tried it. The cuffs leak slowly, and water tends to come in through hole for your face, but by doing the breast stroke, I stayed reasonably dry. The jacket is strong and comfortable and is made from 3 layer GORE-TEX Performance Shell fabric. Some of its features include a large back pocket with a vertical water resistant zipper, watertight stretch fabric cuffs, an adjustable storm hood, an elasticized drawstring waist band, a napolean style pocket under the left chest pocket, two large pockets with handwarmers that will easily hold a couple of fly boxes each, and two built in retractors.
